Pricing and Packages

Day Hunting
- Preserve Pricing: $40 rooster, $30 hen. No license required. Season dates run from September 1, through April 30. No limit on number of birds that may be harvested. Preserve birds do not count against your daily bag limit with the North Dakota Game & Fish department. However, all preserve harvested birds must have a special Commercial Hunting Unit tag attached when the harvested bird leaves the field.
- Trespass Hunting - Daily trespass fee: $100 or $150 per day (depending on the property to be hunted). North Dakota state pheasant license (resident or non-resident) required to hunt an leased property for regualr season hunting. Season dates are October 10th, 2009 through January 3rd, 2010. A three rooster daily bag limit applies as well as the specified "possession" limit. Refer to the North Dakota pheasant hunting proclamation for more details.
Lodge Rental
- Lodge Upstairs: $300 per day
- Lodge Downstairs: $250 per day
Lodge levels have eight (8) beds per level but you can crowd as many people in as you wish. Both levels have complete kitchen facilities, freezers, Direct TV, high-speed wireless internet and are completly remodeled.
One (1) day package* - $199/hunter
- Preserve hunting with opportunities to harvest three (3) birds a day. (Some hunters are unable to harvest three (3) birds because of their inability to hit the target. However, you will have the chance to harvest a minimum of three (3) birds per day per hunter on the preserve). Remember that you can purchase as many birds as you like, over-and-above the package of three (3) birds. Roosters are $40 and hens are $30.
- Lodging provided at the Flushing Hills Motel at Mott, or at the Flushing Hills Lodge.
- Three (3) meals provided per hunter per day. Two (2) at the Flushing Hills Cafe and a sack-lunch in the field.
* Day packages may include hunting on leased properties if you desire - for an additional "trespass fee" of $100 to $150 per hunter per day, depending on what private leased ground is hunted. If package buyers do not wish to hunt ranch raised birds on the preserve on any given day, a credit of $50 will be applied to the daily trespass fee price. For example: if you wanted to hunt our leased property in Adams County ($150 per day) and did not hunt on the preserve that day, the package price would be $199.00 + $150.00 (trespass fee) = $349.00 - $50 (credit for not hunting on preserve) = $299.00. If all things were the same and you hunted the leased property in Hettinger County ($100 per day), the total would be $249.00. You must have a North Dakota pheasant license to hunt on non-preserve leased properties, and hunting dates are October 10, 2009 through January 3, 2010.
Please refer to the North Dakota Game & Fish official site for more information.
